Every service is built on the same architectural logic — proportion, orientation, placement. Fees follow the percentage-of-construction standard of RIBA, HOAI and SIA, with a fixed minimum so you always know the floor.

You walk me through the project — plot, family, timeline, budget reference. I share an initial professional take and a price reference. No sales script, no obligation.

Step 02

Brief + contract + first tranche

If we agree to proceed, we sign a contract with a clear scope, deliverables and payment schedule (30 / 40 / 30%). The first tranche kicks off the work.
