One table for scope, fee, time and payment
“Minimum / percentage” means the higher of the stated minimum or the percentage of the agreed construction estimate. The exact fee, disciplines and milestones are fixed in the brief and contract.

Initial diagnosis: free, 30 minutes. Audits, interiors, ceremonies, site visits and developer packages are quoted separately after the scope is clear; conflicting legacy package prices are not part of this table.
Common terms: invoices are due within 7 calendar days; time starts with the first payment and pauses while client information or decisions are outstanding; work may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
