My method: clear wellness language on the outside, a deep architectural system inside.

For the market, I formulate the offer through wellness architecture, healthy buildings, recovery, light, sleep, quiet and quality of life. Inside the method, I use deeper systems: Vastu, Vedic architecture, Russian sazhens, classical proportion, passive solar logic and contemporary neuroarchitecture.

Why this works

The buyer and developer should not have to study a tradition before they understand the value.

If the conversation starts with narrow terminology, part of the market closes before the value is clear. If it starts with human benefit — sleep, light, quiet, air, privacy, recovery — the developer understands faster.

Vastu, sazhens and proportions do not disappear. They become the deeper decision-making system that makes my approach different from ordinary wellness marketing.

I start not with the facade, but with the land: orientation, entrances, views, wind, noise, privacy, sun and the way the site will be used.

The home should support natural rhythm: morning light, evening calm, proper bedrooms, shade and protection from overheating.

Room proportions, centre, heights, passages and axes affect calm, clarity and the feeling of premium quality.

I look for unnecessary tension: noise, visual chaos, privacy conflict, awkward entrances, harsh light and poor transitions.
