I separate three work formats in advance, so the developer sees exactly what they are paying for and my work does not become unlimited involvement without boundaries.
Express Wellness Screening
A fast diagnosis of a site, master plan or prototype villa. Useful when the team needs to understand risks and opportunities before major design decisions.
You receive: concise report, map of strengths and weaknesses, 10–20 key recommendations and a clear decision summary.
Full Wellness Audit
A complete review of architectural and product logic: light, sleep, quiet, privacy, orientation, climate, entrances, bedrooms, centre, materials and sales.
You receive: detailed audit, correction list, priorities, arguments for architects and the sales team.
Project Wellness Standard
A rule system for a community, villa line or premium branded development. This is no longer a one-off consultation, but a product standard.
You receive: checklists, master plan rules, prototype recommendations, sales language and a basis for repeatable quality.
The decisions that most affect perceived value.
- house placement, orientation and entrances;
- bedrooms, morning light, evening overheating and rest scenarios;
- quiet, privacy, views, neighbouring windows and outside noise;
- centre of the house, room proportions and human scale;
- materials, smells, air, ventilation and chemical load;
- climate resilience: sun, shade, wind, heat and humidity;
- sales language: how to explain value without exaggerated claims.
To make the work profitable for both sides, the boundaries are defined before the start.
I do not replace the project architect, engineers, certification consultant or general designer. I strengthen the project as a wellness architect and product-value consultant.
The agreement defines: number of meetings, available materials, report format, number of iterations, timeline and the final delivery point. Additional support can be added separately.
